I hate the Gym !!!

How can I motivate myself to go to the Gym ?
My body is ok, it needs some exercise though.
It's SO boring to go there and do the same stuff over and over again.
I usually watch the news or some Master Chef tv programme, read magazines, listen to the music.

Yes, whenever I go I can see my efforts bear great results, but still it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BORING !!!

What can I do to get to like it ????

    You can always take a class instead so you are doing something different. I work out at home and sometimes just do a different DVD if I feel bored with another.

  • I don't do the gym, I run.

    However, I run to techno music. It's a fast beat, and the songs change every 5 minutes, so....not that boring for me.

    Have you tried Zumba? Work out, only you're with a lot of people and having fun.

  • the hot stud answer does have some merit! I noticed that I tend to pick up the pace more and workout for longer periods of time when i am in front of the weights section and I know there is a chance of a hottie looking at me! lol
