So I recently started exercising again after a long time not exercising. I have been pushing myself super hard. I have this weird pelvis pain that is constant. It hurts when I sit, stand, walk, etc. This seems strange to me, why wouldn't it be my legs, calves, hips, thighs, butt, something else that hurts, why my pelvis? Just wondering if anyone else experienced this ever and what it is. Im sure its just from my exercise but its just something I havent experienced before.
