  • Make him whatever you want for breakfast, and stop having Eggos available in the house. With Eggos there and you willing to make them when he doesn't like what you've cooked and served, he never has to eat anything else.

  • stop serving him eggos silly! if you want him to eat healthy, its up to you to give him healthy options.

fruit & yogurt with a glass of OJ can be healthy breakfast, oatmeal (do not add sugar to it though), a scrambled egg with a piece of whole wheat toast. his eating habits will only change if you offer him better stuff.

  • i love breakfast, toast with peanut butter and a banana, mutligrain cheeros with a fresh fruit mixed in (they are sweet for kids to like but really healthy), cinnomin and raisin bread (or blueberry crumble) toasted with alittle butter (its sweet as is and healthy as is), eggs with some shredded cheese, oatmeal with some rasins and honey, corn meal muffins taste great, are really cheap, healthy, sweet, and easy to make (with clean up and baking and preparing it takes me like 10 minutes at most great for weekends, toasted bagels with peanut butter, or alittle honey. granola bars, yogurt, you can make healthy waffles with alittle honey on top, i particarly dont like syrup as its just thick sugar but if you need something healthy and sweet to intice your LO, i always use honey, just alittle bit can go a long way and its healthy!
