What do you eat on raw veggies?

I am looking for suggestions on how to make boring raw veggies more appealing. I typically eat them plain or with ranch dressing but am looking for other dips or ideas to make them crave worthy.

  • I love the Marzetti veggie dip - I must have gone through gallons of it when I was pregnant!

  • You have to be careful with dips and peanut butter as calories and fat can add up. If anything I use 2 tablespoons of hummus OR a Light Laughing Cow cheese wedge (roughly 30 calories per wedge)....weight watchers has similiar cheese wedges!

If you like spice, you can always just drizzle the veggies with a little hot sauce as well.

  • I know this isn't really good for some people but I live raw vegies with salt on them. Sometimes I crave it. Maybe my sodium had been low or something. Hmm what else. French onion dip is good with at least carrots.
