  • does one get back that much money? Anyway, going on vacation or investing it?

  • hmm.. paying off bills or debts? or save it? LOL thats what were going to do with our large tax refund, pay his truck off so we have one less expense to worry about, and save the rest.

although admittedly, id much rather take a weeks vacation as a family :)

  • My husband and I got that much back LAST YEAR because he got laid off the year before in August I think.....we only made about 15k the year he got laid off and we had 3 children then. That's one way to get that much back just so everyone knows! lol
We're getting only 300 back this year.

If we had gotten back that much this year we would have been paying off debt and using the rest for school.

  • How do we get that much back? My husband files claiming only 1 all year and he only makes about $30,000 a year. We have 4 kids so 3 are part of the earned income credit and I am a SAHM so I am considered a dependant.
** We are going to pay our rent all the way up for 1 year!!!!

  • We got back nearly that amount for pretty much the same reasons...for that amount instead of rent you could put a down payment on a house..but yeah I get it a year of not paying rent bet your manager will be surprised!! We bought a snowmobile with ours and got next years school clothes now when the clothes are 75% off
