  • yes i am on a diet. i try to stay away from fatty foods, eat smaller portions and i drink a lot of water. i have noticed that when i drink a lot of water it speeds up my weight loss. i allow myself one day out of the week to have any food i want as i treat to myself.

  • Nope, diets are temporary, what you need is a lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise for life. I eat a lower, healthier carb style of eating because of my diabetes, but I eat lots of veggies, fruit and lean proteins as well.....about 1300 calories a day. I've lost 16 pounds since New Years day

  • no not really.. im enjoying a few more weeks of eating whatever then its time to oose the weight again.. every winter i let myself eat whatever. i never gain more then 5 or 10 pounds.. but its almost time to get back to business!
