  • that they have children who are loved (hopefully, as much as any child should be) by at least one parent, who works harder to cover all the bases, due to being single. its a hard life. i don't envy them, or pity them; i praise them for standing strong!

  • Being a mom is so special . . . it doesn't make any difference to me whether or not their are married . . . it is the quality of the mommy that counts.

  • I believe that you should be in stable part of your life before you bring a child into your world. Marriage these days i feel has really lost its meaning with so many people getting divorced. Just make sure you really want to always have this other person in your life because once you have a child with them you will have to see them at least every other weekend.

  • I don't have one. Marriage isn't what makes a mother a good mother, and marriage isn't everything.

  • I don't agree with those who choose to be unwed mothers, I do understand that it can happen easily though. I know it could have happened to me but I wouldn't plan do become an unwed mother.

  • I don't htink the ability to sign a marriage license is any indicator of being an good parent.
A marriage licence doesn't give you anything you can do without.
