How do you wash your face without getting water everywhere?

I wash my face every night before bed or I break out. But, when I rinse it, water gets everywhere. I hate there a trick I don't know about? Seems like a rag doesn't get the wash off like rinsing with my hands cupped with water splashing on face.

  • It depends on what cleanser you are using. Wet your face with a washcloth then rub in cleanser with your fingers then rise well with the washcloth. If its not rinsing well then you have a bad cleanser.

  • Do it when you are taking a shower because then it would not matter.

  • I get water everywhere too, I just wipe it all up when I'm done, but that goes hand in hand with brushing my hair and teeth, then I straighten up the BR before bed =)

  • I just lean down close to the sink and splash the water with my hands close to my face. A drop or two may still get on the counter, but not much.

  • I get water every where too.. lol

For me to get closer down to the sink, I have to squat. I'd rather wipe up water than do squats the whole time I'm washing my face... LOL
