What is the buyer protection plan? Does it cost me anything when I sell an item?

  • No it doesn't cost you anything.....it's something ebay says they give their buyers. So if you sell an item and the buyer gets it broken or even just thinks it's not as described (or just doesn't like it) they file with ebay, ebay gives them their money back and then charges you that money! In most cases though the item must be returned, but if it's destroyed it doesn't necessarily have to be returned to you.
