  • I make my own fondant...I make marshmallow fondant. It is very pliable and easy to roll out.
Once I make my fondant, I roll it out, dust it with a tiny bit of confectioner's sugar or put shortening on it, and carefully get it onto a rolling pin to transfer it to the cake. I have a fondant smoother that I use to seal it to the buttercream...it smoothes it and gets bubbles out.

  • Google video to watch. Or take a cake decorating class.
