HeartBurn : ( ANY advice

I'm 38 weeks 6 days and I swear I've been surviving on Tums,I can't sleep with out them I cant leave my house with out them I'm Dying UGH.... ANY ONE know any remedies I'm desperate

  • Long term, Prilosec. Short term, tums. But if the tums are working, stick with them.... They are a great source of calcium.

  • Randine or Zan-tac worked very weill for me and will not harm the baby.

  • Sleep with the head of the bed raised approximately 6 to 8 inches. Do not eat four hous before going to bed. Avoid chocolate, caffeine, spices and gasy food.

  • I never had heartburn until I reached my 2nd pregnancy I felt just like you It used to get so badr i I would vomit ....here I am 6 months after having the baby I'm still getting it . Watch your diet stay away from acidity foods like tomato......tomato sauce would kill me
