  • I am never hungry in the morning, but I do realize the importance of it, I drink a whey protein drink and I am done.

  • I make breakfast sandwiches ahead and freeze them. I just have to put it in the microwave and's yummy and homemade!

  • do something with cresent rolls you can make little cinnamon rolls,or u can make pastries mix cream cheese with powder sugar spread on the cresent rolls and some nutela. It makes four if u used the 2 triangles each

  • I don't eat any carbs in the morning so I have 2-eggs with 3 strips of turkey bacon or for a change I'll have turkey sausage.
