  • I'm putting chicken in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and potatoes. When we're ready to eat it tonight, I'll cook some broccoli. :)

  • Mexican Layered Dip
Turn oven on 375 degrees. Find a round pan or square pan about 9" square or round. Spray with Pam or other liquid. The first layer is cooked hamburger meat with taco seasoning. Then refried beans with a couple tablespoons of bacon grease mixed in well. Then a drained can of chopped green chillies, followed by some chopped japapeno peppers. I just put some chopped ones in my food processor. Then I added some warm 8 oz cream cheese that was warmed in the microwave. Now add 2 cups sour crea. Spread all over the pan. Last add about 2-3 cups of cheddar cheese. Put foil over pan. Heat in the oven oven at 375 for about 40-45 minutes or until everything is melted and hot. Take out of oven and use tostado chips. You can also put on warm flour tortillas. This is fabulous!
