  • I take a whole chicken (roaster), throw it in the slow cooker (no salt, no pepper, no water....nothing)....high on 3 hours, low on 3 hours. Box of stove top stuffing, some chicken/broccoli rice and a veggie. The chicken is sooooo moist and plenty of leftovers for casseroles....Delish!!!

  • There are so many ways to cook chicken, fry it, boil it , put it in the crockpot, ect. My favorite is chicken and dumplings. Google chicken recipies and you willl see the recipies are endless.

  • If its a whole chicken...
wash the raw chicken under water.Take the bag of stuff out of the inside..reach your hand in and pull it out. ew i know. but do it,lol.
Set the chicken in a foil lined baking pan.
make a mixture in a little bowl of butter, salt ,pepper, garlic
Rub the chicken down with the butter can lift the skin from the chicken and put butter under there too.
Put a littl ewater on the bottom of the baking pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
Take off the foil and return the chicken to the over ....pour some of the melted butter on top first
and then let it finish cooking with no foil..this will help the outside to get brown.
If it has the little red thermometer in the chicken..that will pop out when its done. the instructions on the chicken and it shuld tell you how long it should be cooked for.

  • This is too broad of a question, dear. What kind of chicken do you want to prepare? Do you have an idea for a specific cuisine?
