  • We cook at home 5-6 days a week, its mostly quick stuff, but its all fresh meats and pastas and fruits and veggies. Love my crockput! We usually treat ourselvles once a week on the weekends.

  • I'll say about 6 days out of the week.  About 4 days out of the month I'll take a break.  We'll get pizza, maybe happy meals.  Make our own subs.

  • I cook 3 meals a day from scratch at least 18 times a week. The other 3 meals in a week might be eating out or something I pulled from the freezer (either homemade or a frozen pizza or waffles).
