  • I usually give Goldfish cracker, with fresh fruit or popcorn (plain) with pinch of salt and some fresh cut celery and/or carrots

  • My 16 month old loves cheese! we buy the really cute mickey mouse shaped cheese! he also likes yogurt... and crackers.

  • Lately, my 6 and 7 yr old want string cheese..lol, oh hurt my feelings :) They are good about healthy snacks. Sometimes they want to split an apple and dip it in one of the little peanut butter cups I buy for dipping. When it gets warm I will keep GoGurts in the freezer...they like to eat them like popsicles.

  • My kids are pretty hungry after school so a bowl of cereal hits the spot. Other snacks I have handy are granola bars, kid-sized flat bread and sliced turkey, and fresh fruit.

  • Dried apples (make sure they are no sugar added), Yogurt Raisins, Triscuits, Actual apples, cream cheese on crackers or american cheese and crackers (some kids like cheddar mine dosent lol), we have potato chips too but those are usually for lunch with a sandwich.

  • Oh yeah and quaker has low sugar granola bars, you cant taste the difference and my son LOVES them.
