So I will be bottle feeding my new born....

And I don't want to hear "breast is best" because I know that and I WILL be trying to breastfeed until I go back to work....just a note.....SOOOOOO I was wondering, what kinds of bottles do you formula feeding moms use ?

  • Drop-ins

  • I used Dr. Brown's - they are more expensive than "regular" bottles and have more parts to clean, but they literally saved my sanity with my second child. She had terrible gas, and those bottles were the ONLY thing that made it better! If I ever bottle fed a baby again, I'd probably go back to the same kind.

  • If you are trying to breastfeed also I would use Breast Flow by The First Year. It imitates the breast.

  • i use plaxtex vent aire. they've never given me problems...and seriously if you don't even want to breast feed it's no one's business. there are a lot of pathetic women on here who have a need to feel superior so they choose to degrade formula moms to fill their need to feel better about themselves

  • With my son I had tried so many different expensive bottles, Avent, Dr. Brown's, Playtex drop ins.....with my daughter I stuck to regular economical gerber bottles

  • I hear the ones with liners work well. I never used bottles so I don't know for certain though GOOD LUCK! :D

  • I used Playtex mostly. But it's been so long I forgot which types exactly. I had so many bottles, I loved getting different colors, LOL. Short ones, tall ones, angled ones, ones with little baggies.

  • I used the Playtex drops ins and I loved them! I also tried the vent-air ones but always went back to the drop ins.
