What can you feed a 8 month old with the rotavirius??

it makes the have diahrrea and vomiting and fevers i know no milk but shes allergic anyway but i dont know what to give her at night...i dont want her to starve..

  • Well, human milk would be ideal... if you aren't nursing, do you know someone who can give you milk?

    If that's not an option, pedialyte and bland foods... crackers, toast, etc...

  • Oh, and chicken broth. Homemade. Get a chicken, cook it and strip the meat off. Boil the carcass with a splash of vinegar for 6-8 hours, strain and it's good in the fridge for a week. Offer spoonfuls to her. She needs protein and that's an easy to get down source.
