Sever Back Pain

I'm 29 weeks and hardly slept a wink last night due to constant muscle pain in my shoulder. How did/do you make it better if you have no one to massage you? My back is now killing me... :X Thanks, Victoria.

  • Relax in a warm tub with epsom salt.
    Some feel better with heat pad, other;s may feel better with an ice pack.

  • Depends on what your body like, hot or cold. I did better with hot. I would usually sit on the couch with the heating pad. A few times I went in the shower and turned the water on as hot as I could stand it (on my back) and just stood there for about 15 minutes.

  • sleep with one pillow and a pillow between your legs, don't sleep on your stomach, sleep on your side or back with your body completely aligned
