I have zero appetite but I need to eat something so I'm not totally useless for work in the morning. What would be a good quick option?

  • I thought about oatmeal...but I had a big bowl for breakfast and I know that if I eat more I'll just be in the bathroom too much tomorrow, lol!

    Yeah, I know, but I have quite a variety of stuff...sadly most of it just is not the best choice for now (too much sodium = heartburn and feeling like crap tomorrow, or needs too much cooking = it's already almost 9pm and I have to be up at 5, things like that).
