What can I take for a cold while pregnant?

Sore throat, sinus issues... ugh...

  • Get some Chloraseptic throat spray and use warm compresses to relieve the pressure in your sinuses. I get frequent sinus infections even when I'm not pregnant, and that's really all that helps, even more than meds. Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon!

  • You should call your ob. They should also give you a list to go by.

  • Check with your OB for sure but my list includes Robitussin and Sudafed. This is what I took for my sinus infection a couple of weeks ago.

  • i was told benadryl but i would check with your ob becuz they all tell you something different. they say to stay away from meds that include some kind of decongestent i forget the name. so call your ob first/

  • Benadryl  is what my doctor had me take for a sinus cold. I hope you feel better soon.
