What is an addiction or habit you would love to stop?

Mine is Smoking and too much Dr. Pepper

Working on my Dr. pepper and trying to drink more water and juices but don't know how to go about quitting smoking. afraid to do it cold turkey, don't like medication, but gotta do it.

  • Mine is nicorette gum. Quit smoking 3 yrs ago using the gum, now I'm addicted to it, lol Don't have a clue what the long term side effects are, but I guess I'll be the guinea pig.
