  • Drooling, swollen gums, gnawing on everything, irritability, sleeplessness, upset stomach, reduced appetite, slight fever.....These are some possible symptoms. Each baby is different, some will have all, others will have none of these....but at 7 months teething is very likely if she is experiencing some of these things.

  • Lots of them, but a lot of symptoms are wrongfully chalked up to teething. For instance diarrhea and fever are NOT signs of teething, but chewing on toys harder than normal, irritability and excess drooling are. I would give her tylenol if she has any of these symptoms... Also you can try teething tablets. They are amazing, and totally natural, very safe for babies. Good luck.... it takes a long time... Mines been teething since 2 1/2 months, shes 6 months and no teeth yet. Luckily the symptoms are very mild and not very often.
