Truth or myth???

I had clear skin the whole time I was preggo with my other two kids, but now that I am pregnant with my twins I am looking like a teenager with my skin irritations. I am just wondering if the saying is true," if its a girl, your skin is awful, and if its a boy it is beautiful". I dont know if that would be so true for me since I am carryin twins, even though I am in my second trimester.....shouldnt my face be clear too??? thanks for the help

  • with my son my skin was horrible i dont know what im having yet this time around but its bad this time to. hormones from being pregnant have a effect so i dont think you can judge your kids sex by it. there are many wives tales out there.

  • Ya know, it could be true, as my usually terrible skin was really nice when I was pregnant with my son...though my leg hair stopped growing, and I heard that meant girl, so who knows! It's kinda fun to play the games...sometimes, anyway!

  • I would say myth! I have had horrible skin sensitivities, up until I got pregnant with my twins. I'm having a boy and a girl and nothing seems to bother my skin! I'm loving it! I do notice that my face breaks out more when I need to change my pillow case. I also could not follow the same regimine that I had used before I got pregnant, so maybe you need to try something else on your skin.
