  • Have to go shopping tonight as Olde Mother Hubbard had more food than we do. So when i see it I will know.

Can you grill your chicken? Its healthier, also do you have any veggies?

  • I tried the most amazing recipe yesterday for Chicken enchiladas. I boiled 2 chicken breasts and then chopped them really, really fine. I mixed a can of cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 c sour cream 1 cup of shredded cheese and 1/8 c chopped Cilantro with the chicken. I put about 1/2 cup of the mixture in each flour tortilla and rolled each up. Then I topped them with 1/2 can of green enchilada sauce and cheese. Cover with foil and cook for 15 minutes... remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes. They were really good!

  • Montreal Steak Burgers and tater tots.

Marinade the chicken in 1000 Island dressing for about 30 minutes, then bake at 350 for about 30 minutes (until cooked through). Serve with mashed poatoes and veggies. My picky 14 yr old loves this.
