  • yes, my doctor recommended the product after seeing it. FORM(can get from a rep- works like lap band, its a pill)

Konjac noodles(work the same way and have zero calories) but them online or local natural food store.

fiber supplement like Fibe(also from a rep-same as form)

FIXX(also from a rep) I did it, its healthy and safer than water.

  • Don't set a weight goal, this will make your progress hard.

    Tips:

Stop all cokes, teas, sugars (unless you drink them without sugar).
    Drink plenty of water.
Eat small portions. I used to eat smart ones microwaveable dinners (because I didn't want to deal with caolorie counting, just the points)
Excersice 30 min. in the morning and 30 at night. Don't over exert yourself!
Use weight watchers free online help (you do not have to join) just so you can track your progress or similar software to track weight.
Buy a scale and weigh in twice a day (your weight will fluctuate, so do not get discouraged).
Don't think about it, just make the changes and see how far you can get.

    * Losing weight the healthy way is a lifestyle change, not just a diet.
    * Tracking the weight is just to get you motivated and nothing more.
    * You will not notice your weight loss but others will from the face to your back and then your

  • Anouck is sooo rude! She must be an unhappy person. It is possible with hard work and dedication! You would need to start a weight lifting routine. Many women think if they lift weights they will grow huge muscle. Not true.Lifting weights is the fastest way to drop the pounds along with lowering your food portions.Get a measuring cup ,measure all portions out to one cup.Stay away from bread. If you do this combination you will get pretty close to where you want to be.

  • Mommy1234321 - That wasn't rude of her to say. It's not healthy to lose 25 lbs in just under two months. A healthy weight loss would be 1-2 lbs a week, so the body has the ability to adjust adaquately to the weight loss. That's science talking there, not some "Unhappy person".

  • You most likely can. I would cut out all the carbs. Low carb diets work quick.
