Nope, I avoid ANY diet pill/supplement like the plague! You don't know what it's long-term side effects may be (several have been pulled from shelves for causing things such as heart attack, stroke, liver damage or failure, kidney damage or failure or death)! I'd personally rather save the money wasted on pills you DON'T need on buying my skinny clothes when I hit my goal weight.
Eating healthy calories in the range recommended for your age and height to lose weight and adding exercise is all you need to lose weight.
