They aren't, except the ones that threaten the lives of the employees of clinics, post threats online along with doctor adress'...etc...

If they are the sort of "pro-lifers" who threaten the lives of doctors and employees of women's clinics, either verbally or physically, they are terrorists. If they use intimidation to prevent women from seeking care at those clinics, they are terrorists. Just by having their beliefs that life begins at conception and believing that abortions are murder (both points I disagree with), they are not terrorists. It's when they cross the line of simply holding a belief, and start using force to impose those beliefs on others that they become terrorists, in my opinion.
