What time of day should i start my daughters on cereal

  • For our girls I always did mid-morning. They we're happy at that time and it was a fun new thing. I also was told not to feed a baby cereal at night because of the obesity studies.

  • For introduction of solids, (doesn't have to be cereal unless you want it to be) I'd start maybe midday, and ALWAYS nurse or feed a bottle BEFORE offering solids, all the way until 12 mos of age.

  • I started my daughter during the midday . She was good with it and stopped around 11 months.
