Quick Medicine question.

My daughter has been prescribed liquid Prednisolone for her Asthma. I refrigerated the liquid medicine .. it didn't say on the bottle whether or not to do so.. anyways... I did and I looked it up and it said not to. Is the medicine ruined now?

  • I'm a pediatrics nurse. You are correct it does not need to be refrigerated... but it's not ruined... I would just take it out and keep it at room temp.
