If you're cooking at home, do you have your Valentine's Day menu all set?

I'm thinking filet mignon with port wine sauce, Havarti scalloped potatoes and roasted asparagus. Haven't decided on dessert yet.

  • I've got county style ribs marinating in the fridge right now. I'm going to make some sort of bread, but don't know what yet. Red velvet cake for dessert. I don't know what else yet.

  • Baked honey and pineapple ham, mashed potatoes, and sweet corn. Some sparkling juice (kids are eating with us) and for dessert, a German chocolate cake.

  • Wow, we have a similar menu! I was planning on New York strip steaks, mashed garlic potatoes with chives, grilled asparagus with a balsamic drizzle and possibly attempting a home made cheesecake since that is my husband's favorite dessert. Do you have a good sauce or topper for the strip steaks?
