  • I JUST ate one of my peanut butter cookies, and MAN is it good! So easy too...cup of peanut butter, half a cup of sugar, one egg, and i add a dash of vanilla. They are SO good.

  • Cake cookies! Seriously simple.

    1 box of cake mix (any flavor you want)
    1/2 cup of oil
    2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add mix ins (like nuts of chocolate chips) if you want. Form dough into balls. Bake 8-10 minutes. Should make about 24 cookies per box.

    Some of my favorite combos:
    Devil's food cake mix with peanut butter chips, or peppermint chips, or toffee chips.
    Funfetti cookies! (just plain tasty with no mix ins!)
    White cake mix with white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and coconut

  • ~awesome homemade pizza crust~ COP
    2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast or one LEVADURA SECA ACTIVA package
    1/2 teaspoon brown sugar AZUCAR MORENA
    1/2 cups warm water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    start with 2 1/2 cups flour.

    1) Dissolve yeast and brown sugar in water, let sit 10 minutes.
    1) Disolver la levadura y el azúcar morena en el agua, deje reposar 10 minutos.

    2) Stir in salt and oil into yeast(LEVADURA). Mix in flour if dough is sticky, add more flour -
    1/4 cup at a time.
