  • My mom made a big pot of stew in the slow cooker yesterday, and she has a church dinner for her SS class tonight, so we are just gonna eat leftover stew.

  • Not much, as I didn't get my turkey cooking on time. I think we're just going to snack, then have a bigger meal in late afternoon (turkey, potatoes, veggies).

  • Seared pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, roasted butternut squash, and salad.

    DH was gone for a week and got home last night. He was too tired to eat, so we just snacked for dinner and pushed off the bigger production until today.
