4 cups of water w/seasoning....how much cornstarch and/or flour

can I add to make it more of a "gravy"? Or should I just get rid of some of the liquid and then add the cornstarch?

  • Rule of thumb is typically one tablespoon of thickener to 1 cup of water.

  • I agree with twinsplus2more. Make sure you use a whisk as well.
