Why is it that

My 4 her old DD acts more mature then my 5yo and 10yo? Do your kids act the same way?

  • I think it is because she is the youngest so she has learned what not to do. I know it is the same way in my house. I also think it is because the more children you have the more you expect them to do. When you have only 1 child it is easy to do everything for that child.

    As time goes on the older ones will start to do things and mature, although it takes time.

  • I think that the youngest is often the most mature, I think it is because the older children treat them as if they were the same age.
