  • I think I will give my dr a call.. His breathing is making me concerned. I gave him breathing treatment and it helped some but I'm not sure what else to do

  • i would sit in a hot steamy bath room for his cough and set up a humidifier, make sure he gets lots of liquid to keep the fever down and maybe do a luke warm bath! the breathing worries me too! i would take him to the er if it got really bad again! but for sure take him to the doc in the morning! hope he feels better soon!

  • When my first son was a baby, he had the same symptoms. It was RSV. He had to stay in the hospital for a week in an oxygen tent. Yes, I would definitely take him.

  • With his breathing like that, I definitely would.

  • He has had this breathing issue before.. he was born 7 wks early and lungs were not developed and he spend some time in the NICU and his lungs seems to get irritated easy. The dr always tells me just to give him breathing treatments and Ive given him some and I don't see much change.. Calling DR now.. Thanks everyone

  • 101 to 102 isn't a very high fever, but the other symptoms are definitely a good reason to go to the Emergency Room, or at least call the doctor's after-hours line.
