  • Most breast fed babies usually have runny stools. I breastfed my baby for the first 6 months of her life. I introduced her to rice cereal at 4 months and slowly weaned her off the breast by rotating breast feeding and a bottle of formula once or twice a day. Eventually stools will be normal in form.

  • Its normal. My daughter is 7 1/2 months old and hers are still runny on occasion. If I use a lil extra rice cereal in her food, it makes it a little thicker!
