  • I'm pretty sure we are going out to eat. Whatever we are doing is a surprise from dh. He would never be so mean as to tell me at the last min I had to cook dinner like that lol. No, he's built up the anticipation of this V-day.....maybe I'm getting a unicorn! lol

  • Well, we celebrated Valentine's yesterday, but for dinner tonight I'm making this simple thing I like to make on work nights. I take a piece of big garlic bread, put on top cut up slices of already grilled or baked chicken, put a slice of tomato on top of that and then some shredded baked cheese on top. I then bake for like 7 mins. Real yummy!

  • That sounds really good, AB; I'm stealing that!!!

I know I'm making French Onion Soup and Asparagus - I haven't decided what the main course will be yet. I'll figure that out at the grocery store.

  • Nothing terribly special - whatever Dh wants, most likely. Definitely something using turkey. Possibly turkey stew or creamed turkey sandwiches.

  • We don't get too into Valentine's Day. We're planning to get a heart shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's and I'll probably make brownies or rice crispie treats for dessert. We're just chilling at home with our (almost) five year old.
