Check with your health department to see the requirements for home kitchens for your area/state. Some states are relaxed about it while others require separate kitchens and some don't allow home kitchens at all. Once you do the requirements, write a business plan about how you will market it, to whom, how much you will charge, your estimated expenses, etc.
