  • Check with your health department to see the requirements for home kitchens for your area/state. Some states are relaxed about it while others require separate kitchens and some don't allow home kitchens at all. Once you do the requirements, write a business plan about how you will market it, to whom, how much you will charge, your estimated expenses, etc.

  • I think it's a great idea....Do the research and see if you need a commercial kitchen? some times you can use a church kitchen if that works. find the best containers and prices, where will you do purchases? How much will you need for start up? do you have the money to start? Best to you in your venture!!!
