What's Cooking for Valentine's Dinner?

I'm making NY Strip steaks, French Onion Soup (from scratch), asparagus and roasted fingerling potatoes. I bought fudge for dessert; Kroger had it cut into little hearts and I couldn't resist.

What about you?

  • I'm making blue cheese crusted steaks with garlic smashed red potatoes and either a nice salad, or spinach, and of course, wine =)
