Do you make them from scratch? do you peel & boil them?

  • I love roasted veggies. I peel beets, cut them in chunks, toss with a bit of olive oil, salt and garlic and roast until soft. And then I try not to eat the whole pan before my husband gets home for dinner. :) Sometimes I toss in some sweet potatoes and onions (also peeled and cut into chunks) - this combo is so yummy!

  • I *NEVER* boil any veggie. Period. Ew!

    I peel, slice, and roast them with some evoo, cracked pepper, and rosemary.

  • A great combination for beets from scratch is bell peppers, lentils and beets. Believe it or not!

  • I don't ever make them but if they're out on a salar bar or something I usually take a scoop. That's the only way I like them....canned lol.

  • thats it getting some & making them soon yum! i roast all my veggies or bbq in the summer, wasn't sure on beets though or artichokes!
