What to do for swollen feet and ankles

Is there something I can do to bring the swelling down?

  • Water and prop your feet. Eating or drinking anything that contains salt will amke the swelling worse!!! Point it out to your doc and they will monitor it for you and if it is more than just normal swelling they may intervene.

  • Elevate your feet and keep a close eye on it. If it becomes too bad you may want to be checked by the doctor.

  • im with everyone else avoid gatorade though cuz it has lots of sodium in it...drink water a lot and rest with your feet up..youre pregnant so take a little advantage to that..also if you have a SO get them to bring out the lotion for some rubbing it really helps
