  • Turkey stew - I roasted a turkey yesterday with carrots, celery, and onions, and made potatoes on the side, then made stock with the carcass & more veggies. The stew was thickened stock plus some of the veggies, chopped turkey, and leftover potatoes. Pretty good, and healthy.
