All I have to do is cut down on breads and sweets and will loose weight fast, but those two things are the things I love to eat, anything else is just necessary to live. I just burn what I eat at the gym.
Eat a balanced diet (lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and veggies) and exercise! You can start with brisk walking and go from there. There are some great groups on here about weight loss that you can join for support and to bounce ideas off of. Good luck!
