Which aides better with sleep?

  • Chamomile tea. You can also try an epsom salt bath, or take magnesium before bed. Magnesium is a wonderful sleep aid. You can also try melatonin. I'd stay clear of Seroquel.

  • I've never had Seroquil but I looooove hot Chamomile tea right before bed. It's quite relaxing.

  • Me neither on the Seroquel, but chamomile tea - that's a keeper - one cup and it's nighty night for me!

  • Chamomile tea is cheaper which will help you sleep better just knowing how much $$ you saved.
