How do you get rid of....

a callus on the ball of your foot? IT HURTS! It seems to be getting worse. I think its the way I am walking or something.

  • To get rid of calluses on your feet, start with a long soaking. Fill a tub with warm water and Epsom salts, essential oils, or even tea.

  • your shoes should have enough cushion to protect your feet.. but what I use is Amlactin lotion you can get it at Walmart or CVS .. I use it everyday and keeps my feet soft and pretty.

  • You need to get cushion insoles and will flatten out . Use a pumis stone and file it down.
