  • we did a small wedding, so only about 2 dozen.

my sister's however had over 100 on her side and maybe 10 on the groom's side, since he didn't really know anyone outside of work and family.

  • we had about 125. I wanted a small wedding or to even elope but my husband wanted a big wedding. At the time he didn't talk to a lot of people in his family, long story parents messy divorce. So anyway, he had 3 people from his family there, I had about 70 people from my family and the rest was all our friends. We had a great time and I am so glad he convinced me to have a big wedding.

  • I had about 35 people, very small, just really immediate family. I wanted no wedding; he wanted a large one. So we compromised and had the small one and I've never regretted it. That was over 31 years ago.

  • We wanted a small informal wedding, unfortunately once my mom and mil got their hands on the wedding it ended up being larger then we wanted it to be lol. We did end up shaving their guest list down to about 75 people and it worked out just fine.
