  • I have a convection oven. I've been disappointed at how many things convection isn't good for.

  • Yep! I have double ovens, the top one is convection/regular and the bottom one is just regular.

    I think the only thing convection is really good for is baking; I've tried meats and they seem to dry out. I need to experiment!! I have a friend with the induction oven, she said that it works equally as well as her regular one - but she doesn't cook much :)

  • I have a convection oven and I love it. Cookies and other baked good bake evenly. Meats bake and brown beautifully, and quicker. Make sure you read your instruction booklets. Lots of information there. If you use it correctly, it's a big help.

  • I have a convection function on my oven, but rarely use it. Usually just to oven roast veggies.
