What do you consider child abuse?

  • Of course any physical or sexual abuse but also verbal abuse or neglect, mental abuse.
    Leaving a child that is unable to care for his/herself by itself.
    Verbally bashing a child everyday.
    Tormenting a child by making promises and never keeping them.
    What is your concern??

  • Its not that I have a concern but I was having a conversation with someone about the mom who put hot sauce on the boys tongue because he did something wrong and a lot of people were divided half thought it was abuse and half were like its just the modern day soap in the mouth. What do you think?

  • Child abuse is anything that hurts the child for life and takes their self esteem while you do it anything they have recover from or rebuild from.

  • I consider child abuse when you beat the child for stupid things and leaving bruises and making them bleed. Also sexual abuse is child abuse and mental abuse could be considered child abuse too

  • Physical or mental abuse. Anything that physically hurts the child, or does mental harm, as in name calling, belittling, etc.. Discipline and abuse are two totally different things.
