Going into labor during the Full Moon....

Anyone else heard of this? Is there any truth to it? I'm due March 20 and there's a full moon on the 19th so I hope lol

  • Women and oceans are both controlled by the moon.

  • The full moon effects the tides in the ocean, it magnetically pulls the water.

Well, aren't we %80 water? Who's to say the moon doesn't have a magnetic pull with us as well? If the moon has such a strong influence on the tides, then of course it can have an effect on us considering we are mostly made up of water.

If you ever ask an OB, they will tell you they birth more babies during a full moon.

  • Some people don't believe it~
BUT I have talked with birth professionals and they have all agreed that there are a lot more (spontaneous) labors at this time...

And coincidentally, I recently discovered that I actually birthed on full moons myself!

You know, I always thought it was an old wife's tale, but it is true.
